Exploring the Configuration User Interface
NOTE: As transactions (e.g. invoices and credit notes) are created in iCompleat, they are assigned reference numbers. All reference numbers have a prefix and an incrementing number.
Manage numbering enables you to configure the reference numbers you want to use by editing the prefix or setting the next number to use.
See Manage numbering for more information.
Manage users enables you to add/remove users as well as manage user permissions, access rights, and reporting requirements.
See Manage users for more information.
Manage workflow enables you to add, remove, or edit workflows that allow operators to submit invoices to nominated approvers.
See Manage workflow for more information.
NOTE: Forms (layouts) are company specific and can capture varying options depending on requirements.
Manage layouts enables you to add or edit forms (layouts) used when the system receives an invoice or credit note.
See Manage layouts for more information.
NOTE: Events are a fundamental part of iCompleatInvoice and determine what actions take place when transactions are received, denied, approved, and posted into your finance system.
Manage events enables you to configure events to trigger an action based on the event occurring.
See Manage events for more information.
Company management provides a real-time view of global company settings and configuration, which includes connections to one of many financial systems.
See Company management for more information.
Manage Custom Fields
Custom fields are user defined fields which are globally used against certain layouts. These fields can be simple text, multi-line, rich text, date pickers, number fields, or checkboxes. Manage custom fields enables you to configure these fields.
See Manage custom fields for more information.
